Our Inquiry about WORMS.

We are learning the Language of Inquiry. This week we started with the DISCOVER stage. We think we know a lot about worms, however some of us think differently! Some of us think that worms have teeth and some of us say no they don't. We will come home and ask lots of questions as we are looking for experts on this topic. We are reading books for more information and we were all surprised when we found out that worms do not have eyes!

A Wearable Arts Update!

We've had another busy day working on our creations. We all cooperate and help each other with ideas. Lots of Mums and Dads have been helping us and we all say thank you so much. Only three weeks to go before the big night. Next week we will have a practice on the netball court and pretend we are walking down the cat walk!

The Bad Tempered Ladybird!

Our Language Experience today was about THE BAD TEMPERED LADYBIRD! We created this mural with Room 7. Please come into have a look and see what the animals said to the Ladybird.

Wearable Arts...

We have been busy designing and creating our Wearable Art items. In four weeks we will walk down the catwalk to share our Creepy Crawlie Creations.

Today we made the most delicious chocolate cookies.

Junior Cross Country

We had great weather, lots of parents and grandparents, for our cross country event.

A huge thank you to the year 8 helpers who ran alongside for encouragement. We also thank the photographers. What a marvellous day!
