On Friday we had fun reading and singing the story Smarty Pants by Joy Cowley. We talked about the things we are good at and made up our own Smarty pants rhymes.

Remembering 22/02/2011

At our school we have planted a tree to remember the 22nd February 2011.

We all placed a small rosebud next to the plaque at the foot of the tree.

Our shared story this week is 'Grumpy Bear'.

We know that bears and hedgehogs hibernate.

Fantastic Friday Fun!

We have had a very busy day in Room 6 today!

We had great fun being creative during Developmental- making disguises, pirate hats, robots, dressing up, making splatter pictures with paint and much much more! If you have any creative ideas from home we would love for you to share them with us on a Friday!

Today for language experience we enjoyed reading the story Rat-a-tat-tat together. Please come in and read the big book that we made of this fun story.

Next we chose to build a plane or a train. We added some people and found a number tile to match. We don't always find this easy but we try our very best.
